Rules and Regulations

• Check in is from 12pm Check out is until 11am.

• No loud music post 10pm

• Swimming pool timing will be from 8am to 10pm.

• No drinking allowed near swimming pool area.

• Children below age of 12 should be accompanied by the parents/guardians while in swimming pool.

• No smoking inside the bungalow. Balconies or open verandah can be used for the same.

• Barbecue should be done only in the designated area. Caretaker will let you know about it.

• Illegal activities like smoking weed or any narcotic substances is strictly prohibited. If found doing it strict action will be taken.

• For any damage caused by the Guest to the property, the Guest is due to cover the cost of damage. The amount will be recovered from the security deposit.

• Bungalow can only be used by guests who are duly registered while check-in with a valid identity document.

• No visitors are allowed post 8pm other than the members who booked the bungalow. If found extra charges will be levied for the same.

• It is not allowed to take out from the bungalow the room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels).

• In case of power failure invertor backup works for 4hrs(light & fan). AC, Pool filter, Geysers will not work.
